GINGER-TEA






Ingredients
  • 4 cups of water
  • Ginger root (about 5 cm)
  • Honey and lemon to taste
Instructions
  1. Buy fresh, whole ginger root. You can easily find it in large supermarkets
  2. Peel the ginger and cut it into thin slices
  3. Boil some water and once it boils, add the ginger slices and let them boil for 15-20 minutes
  4. Take the pot off the stove and cover it with a lid
  5. Leave it for 15 minutes, then strain the tea
Notes
It is best to drink the tea without adding anything. If you do not like its taste you can always add some honey and lemon.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • Splash of nut or soy milk
  • Raw honey, to taste
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, bring water to boil. Add turmeric and ginger, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in milk and strain tea into a cup. Add honey and enjoy!
